- Hi, I'm Cat. I am a very experienced integrative psychotherapist and both clinical and academic supervisor. I believe that we there are times in our lives when we notice that the coping mechanisms we learned as children are no longer capable of supporting us through our current life challenges. At such times, it may feel necessary to understand how we developed these strategies to allow us more freedom of choice in how we approach current situations. If this is the case for you, together, we can explore your history so that you can feel less burdened by it. I have great experience of working with people with chronic and serious illness, grief and bereavement, as well as confusion around identity and sexuality.
