Who Am I?

My Name is
Ming Wan
.
About Me
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist having trained at The Sherwood and qualifying in 2012. I have a private practice located in Wilford Village which is a very short walk from the Tram Stop. I have 12 years of working with adults on a variety of topics varying from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, gender identity, self-esteem, developing a sense of self, depression, abuse and personal & spiritual development. I am particularly interested in working with clients who have a spiritual approach in their personal development and also where being in a relationship can be a challenge to their sense of self, identity and autonomy. Working with clients to transform their life, relationships and to find purpose and choice is rewarding. I work with attachment theory, transactional analysis, psycho-analysis, self-psychology and developmental theory. I help clients to join up the dots, to make sense of their interpersonal world and to understand how their past has shaped their future and the autonomy to make changes for a more positive future.
