- About Me
- I am a UKCP-accredited Integrative Psychotherapist with over 10 years’ clinical experience. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, and challenges relating to alcohol or substance use. A significant part of my practice involves supporting people with stress and anxiety in its many forms — from persistent worry and overthinking to performance pressure and burnout. My approach is relational and integrative, drawing on psychodynamic, humanistic and mindfulness-informed perspectives. I am particularly interested in how our early relationships and unmet relational needs can shape our sense of self, our identity, and the patterns we repeat in adult life. Together, we may explore how historical experiences influence current difficulties — whether in relationships, self-esteem, work, or emotional regulation. I work with an understanding that many struggles are connected to how we have learned to cope, belong, and maintain connection with others. Therapy provides a space to reflect on these patterns safely, and to develop a stronger, more cohesive sense of self. Through this process, greater self-awareness, emotional steadiness and confidence can emerge. I value creating a calm, respectful and confidential environment where you feel genuinely heard. My aim is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to support meaningful and sustainable change that feels authentic to you.
