About Me
Since 2009, I have worked as a counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice, with clients to help them achieve a healthy and balanced personal life and relationships. I have an ongoing commitment to continual professional development with recent courses including: Mother & Daughters: A complex couple rooted in Love and Pain - (2026 - Brighton Therapy Partnership) Infertility and Supporting those that are Childless - 2025 (Foundation for Infant Loss Online and Telephone Counselling - (2023 - Counselling Tutor) My model of Counselling and Psychotherapy is humanistic and integrative, drawing on attachment theory, psychopathology, psychodynamic and gestalt theories. If appropriate, I will work creatively with clients as a way for them to gain insight. As a therapist, I am deeply committed to being there when you need me most, helping you explore, heal, and move forward into a happy and healthy mindset.
