About Me

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist with experience working with adults and young people across private practice, schools, counselling centres, and charitable settings. My work includes both short-term and longer-term psychotherapy, with a particular interest in depth-oriented and relational work. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in humanistic psychology, object relations, and psychoanalytic self-psychology. I am especially interested in how early relational experiences shape patterns of attachment, identity, emotional regulation, and relationships in adult life. I work relationally and collaboratively, placing the therapeutic relationship at the centre of the work. I aim to offer a thoughtful, non-judgemental space where clients can explore complex, long-standing difficulties at their own pace, including parts of themselves that may feel conflicted, hidden, or difficult to articulate. Alongside private practice, I have experience working in educational settings and with clients from diverse cultural, neurodivergent, and LGBTQIA+ backgrounds. Where appropriate, and always with explicit consent and clear ethical boundaries, my work may include carefully considered embodied or sensory elements to support regulation and relational safety, including the considered use of touch. I am committed to inclusive, reflective practice and ongoing professional development.
