About Me
My approach is warm, friendly, direct and transparent. I believe in the importance of offering a safe, non-judgemental space, in which you can feel heard and understood and recognise that the therapeutic relationship we create together is the vital component to our work. With my integrative training based in the humanistic field, I believe in the uniqueness of the individual and subsequently tailor my approach to suit your individual requirements. Working at a pace that feels right for you, I will sit alongside you as we gently uncover the root of your difficulties. I have extensive experience supporting clients with abuse, anxiety, bereavement, depression, developmental trauma, domestic violence, family issues, LGBTQIA+ related issues, low self-esteem, neurodiversity, relationship difficulties, sexual abuse, shame, stress and general well-being. Outside of working in private practice, I also work as a College Counsellor and Service Co-ordinator within the education sector.
