About Me

Hi, I’m Tracy, as a person-centred psychotherapist, I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely, without fear of judgment. I believe that deep down, you already hold the strength and wisdom to navigate life’s challenges. My role is to be alongside you, offering empathy, understanding, and gentle curiosity as you reconnect with your true self. I am a qualified Person-Centred Psychotherapist, having graduated from the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute (Nottingham) after completing an MSc Person-Centred and Experiential Psychotherapy (Distinction). I have experience working with trainee therapists and supporting them through their educational journey.

As a therapist, for me our identity is shaped by your experiences, relationships, and the world around you. But navigating who you are—especially in the face of judgment, misunderstanding, or societal pressures—can feel overwhelming. Individuals may struggle with self-doubt, isolation, or the weight of past experiences. I specialize in working with individuals who feel dismissed or misunderstood due to their identity, including those navigating ethnicity, neurodiversity, gender, sexuality or faith. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or self-esteem struggles, I’m here to support you with compassion and care. I offer a free 20-minute remote session to explore what brings you to therapy, discuss what I can offer, and—most importantly—see if we can build a safe and nurturing therapeutic relationship. This session simply provides an opportunity to see if we are the right fit for one another.
