About Me

Hello, my name is Sandra Oakley-Goodall. I am an Integrative Psychotherapist with four years’ experience, collaborating with clients from diverse backgrounds, during those four years I have had the opportunity of providing therapy to clients as a trainee and as a qualified psychotherapist. My practice provides a safe and nurturing environment for clients to build a trusting relationship, which will provide the conditions for them to explore and grow in the directions they choose. As an integrative psychotherapist, I can draw from various therapeutic approaches to tailor treatment to my client needs. I recognise that for some client’s therapy may be an opportunity for them to gain an awareness / curiosity of what is happening for them and why they experience an overwhelmingness that they are unable to understand or shift. My specialism is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, trauma associated with early childhood abuse, stress, depression, addiction, relationship issues and complex family dynamics, obsessive-compulsive disorder, Faih based, Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder, and other disorders
