- About Me
- Hi there, welcome to my profile. You might have arrived here with a clear sense of what hurts, or are struggling to understand what is difficult. You may be lost, stuck, or scared. You might be going through an important transition in your life. You may be reading this under some distress and are considering taking the next step to work on that suffering. Perhaps you are experiencing oppressions that leave you feeling marginalised and worn down. You may face difficulties relating to neurodiversity. The above factors (amongst others) may contribute to a sense of feeling out of place, both within yourself and in relationships. I offer, 1-to-1 psychotherapy sessions that last 50 minutes. I aim to create a warm and genuine environment where you can grow and return to yourself. My approach also acknowledges the systemic and environmental factors that affect your distress, both from an existential and social justice perspective. If you decide that therapy is for you, I encourage you to find a therapist with whom you feel safe, heard and where you feel an authentic, engaged connection. These things really made the difference to me. If you would like to hear more about psychotherapy with me, or book an initial chat, please get in touch. I’d love to hear from you. The best way to get in touch is via email or enquiry form, as I can't always answer the phone. From there, we can arrange a time for a consultation call, if appropriate. (I am to respond to enquiries within 24 hours, please check your spam if you haven't heard from me!)
