- I have an MSc in Humanistic Integrative Psyschotherapist, UKCP accredition; Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy with Couples; Certificate in EMDR; Certificate in Online Therapy. I am interested and curious about the relationship we have with ourselves and others, and the unconscious adaptions we made to help us navigate the environment in which we grew. I work with healing trauma held in the body, sometimes using visualisations and relaxation exercises.
