- My name is Bethany, I am a BACP registered Humanistic & Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist. My aim is to provide therapy in a safe, confidential, respectful and non-judgmental manor. My approach to Integration is that of a developmental & relational stance. I believe that we are formed, wounded and can be healed in relationship. I also believe it is our right to reach and achieve our potential. I aim to meet you where you are at, to explore what’s buried underneath that’s governing or limiting you living your life to the fullest and supporting you in finding your authentic self, living more confidently and fully.
