- About Me
- Welcome my name is Nuala (Nu-la) I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor working with adults and young people. I offer short, medium and long-term counselling and psychotherapy face-to-face and online. You may be experiencing distressing thoughts, low self-esteem, stress, anxiety, feeling overwhelmed with relationships/life or wish to create a space in life for yourself. Counselling can support the exploration of difficulties, thoughts and feelings. A therapeutic relationship can offer and promote access to self-awareness and emotional healing. It is my belief that change can be facilitated in an environment that feels safe, non-judgemental and confidential. My way of working intends to offer a non-directive, open and genuine connection working within a person-centred modality.
