- About Me
- Life can be challenging, and sometimes it can be difficult to hear ourselves in today’s world. We can feel lost or alone, question who we are, know we do not want to feel like this. I offer a safe, empathetic, confidential space, where you can talk about your experiences at your own pace. I will listen without judgement, with the aim of supporting you to hear yourself better. I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist with experience working across sexuality, gender, race, ethnicity and neurodiversity. In addition to private practice, I work with adults in charity and further education settings. I have experience working with survivors of domestic abuse, and people with mental health diagnoses, including bipolar and DID.
