- My name is Gary, I am a Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapist. Specialising in trauma, nero-diversity, anxiety and depression. I am currently on my 3rd year training to be a Somatic Experience practitioner. Which works with how trauma gets stuck in the body. This area interests me because if we have a overly stimulated nervous system this can determine how we view the world, eg scared, overwhelmed etc.
