- About Me
- Most of the time recovery and growth are two sides of one coin. My focus as a therapist is to help people recover and grow as the unique person they are. As a therapist, group work facilitator and supervisor I work with individuals and groups. My specialist area of interest is simply helping people to recover and grow as a person. As well as my developmentally based, relationally focused training I have significant experience of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Neuro Linguist Programming, Gestalt Psychotherapy and Psychodrama. I am interested in helping people harness their strengths - including their spirituality - to recovery and grow in all their uniqueness.
