- About Me
- Hello, I am Janette. I am a UKCP-accredited and BACP-registered psychotherapist. I gained my Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy at The Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute accredited by Staffordshire University. As an integrative psychotherapist, I meet with individuals and couples aged 18+. I draw on many theoretical approaches to personalise my therapeutic interventions that both support my work and provides a unique way of working that is based on your individual needs. The success of any therapy work is largely dependent upon the quality of the therapeutic relationship. With this in mind, my approach is always aimed at facilitating a genuine, honest, and real engagement with my clients, founded upon trust, care, and openness that allows the exploration of personal and sensitive issues to be shared within a safe and confidential therapeutic space.
