- About Me
- I am a trauma-informed Person-Centred and Experiential Psychotherapist. Whatever it is that brings you to therapy, I will sit with you in a safe, confidential space, listen to you and together we will get to know your inner world, however messy, complex and conflicted it may seem to begin with. By hearing all of you with warmth and empathy we will gain a sense of how you got to where you are. There might be conflicting parts within your world (especially those that drive behaviour that you don’t like, that is seemingly ‘not you’) that need to be heard with great care and non-judgement to allow you to move forward in your life with purpose, agency and a sense of wholeness. For some people, this might mean going back to their childhood and addressing unresolved trauma that has left a lifelong imprint on their life and behaviour whilst others choose to work with the here and now only. In most cases we move between the two, always at the pace and at a depth that is right for you. I specialise in working with clients with a history of childhood trauma, clients who are neurodivergent and clients undergoing processes of family estrangement as part of their healing journey.
