About Me

I completed the MSc in 2020 having been drawn to psychotherapy due to my employment experiences prior to this which triggered my curiosity as to the impact of our childhoods on our adult behaviours. I have been fortunate enough to work in a number of different environments which has assisted me in developing my approach designed to help you reach your maximum potential and remove those frustrating barriers which may be keeping you in a stuck mode! I am currently completing the Diploma in Supervision through the Sherwood Institute as feel ongoing learning is so important for my development as a therapist.

I can help with

Anxiety, depression or any awareness that your emotion don't feel 'quite right' at present, relationship issues either as part of a family, couple or as an individual and knowing there are aspects of change in yourself that you want to work towards. I have worked with dependancy and addictive behaviours and in short term counselling models through my work as an IAPT counsellor the NHS. I am also able to offer supervision to therapists who are studying at a Level 4 qualfiication or those that are fully qualified. Please get in touch if you would like further support.
