- About Me
- We are all unique and present different ranges of issues requiring highly tailored therapy. As a UKCP accredited, Clinical Integrative Psychotherapist, qualified (with Distinction), at MSc level. I work in a relational/humanistic way, offering myself, my knowledge, and life experience to an extensive range of clients, to encourage growth and healing. Commissioned to work with the Nottinghamshire Police, BAME Crown Prosecution Service, NHS, whilst supporting Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) and private clients with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma and grief, childhood issues and relationship issues. I offer a range of psychotherapeutic interventions, for example: using movement, play, art and guided imagery to assist my work. Offering short and long-term psychotherapy in a relaxed, and professional environment where you can explore/learn about yourself, understand your thinking, feelings and behaviours in relation to your here and now problems. Currently completing an MA in Psychosocial Studies, where I explore intersectionality, psychoanalysis, gender, sexuality, race, and disability on a deeper, more profound level, which helps to seamlessly navigate the unique intersections of each of my clients. This means every part part of you is considered and explored. Every part of you is cherished!
