About Me

I entered the world of psychotherapy so I could manage and eventually overcome the painful thoughts and emotions I had been experiencing. If you are on a familiar journey, then psychotherapy can help you explore these uncomfortable feelings that have held you back from living life to the full. Life quite often throws the unexpected at us, whether in the form of relationships, either personal or professionally. We sometimes find it difficult to cope alone and need the support of a counsellor to help us through these difficult times. Together we can work through any difficulties you may be experiencing, in a safe and confidential environment where you will not be judged. Many of my client’s present difficulties with; relationships, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, work related stress, bereavement, trauma, eating disorders and problems with alcohol or drugs.
