- About Me
- I offer integrative psychotherapy to adults in a warm and empathic environment, addressing symptoms including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, isolation and a sense of being lost. I combine relational and developmental approaches to offer a safe and developmentally appropriate relationship, within which my clients can express their needs and get them met. As a supervisor I offer an equivalent relationship to my supervisees. As the attuned therapeutic relationship is the vehicle for change, so the attuned supervisory relationship is the vehicle for the development of the supervisee. My goal is for supervisees to feel supported, encouraged and respected. I work with trainees as well as experienced counsellors and psychotherapists. I am member of the BACP and the UKCP and adhere to their codes of practice.
