About Me

Hello, I’m an integrative and humanistic therapist qualified since 2017. I have worked with young people and families across a range of organisations and currently work as a therapist within the fostering sector. I have a particular interest in developmental trauma and its lasting effects on the brain, body, and mind. My work focuses on providing a supportive and compassionate space where individuals can explore their experiences and develop greater understanding and healing.

I can offer support with a range of presenting issues such as (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, long term health diagnoses, grief and loss, trauma. I work in a long term or short term way, depending on the needs and wishes of my client. I offer in person sessions from The Lotus Centre in Mansfield and also work virtually when required.
